John G. DeSimone, Esquire

John is the Managing Member of DeSimone Law Offices, LLC (1999; f/k/a John G. DeSimone, LLC). His general practice includes: Plaintiff/Defense litigation in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey; United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey; United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; Superior Court of New Jersey – Chancery, Civil and Criminal Divisions, New Jersey Worker’s Compensation Court; Administrative Law Division; New Jersey Tax Court and Municipal Courts.

Additionally, John has prosecuted oppressed shareholder actions and has represented parties in business dissolutions, buy-outs and other corporate matters.
