The DeSimone Law Office was founded on September 1, 1999 by John G. DeSimone, Esquire. Since then, the Firm has grown considerably. Upon his retirement from the bench on March 31, 2000, Judge Samuel G. DeSimone, A.J.S.C.-Retired, joined as Counselor to the firm. Today, the firm consists of one attorney, six support staff members, independent contractors, and IT personnel. DeSimone Law Offices owes its far-reaching growth to its valued and wonderful patrons. John is the Managing Member of DeSimone Law Offices, LLC (1999; f/k/a John G. DeSimone, LLC). His general practice includes: Plaintiff/Defense litigation in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey; United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey; United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; Superior Court of New Jersey – Chancery, Civil and Criminal Divisions, New Jersey Worker’s Compensation Court; Administrative Law Division; New Jersey Tax Court and Municipal Courts.

DeSimone Law Offices, LLC includes Estate planning and administration, probate litigation, commercial/residential real estate and transactional work, Plaintiff and Defendant litigation and e-filling. John has represented creditors in Chapter 11 small business restaurant bankruptcies and provided defense work to a major hotel chain on workplace injury cases. John also provides consulting services, formed companies for business owners, defended businesses and individuals in foreclosures, prepared lease agreements for businesses and individuals, and prosecuted and defended lease agreements. Additionally, John has prosecuted oppressed shareholder actions and has represented parties in business dissolutions, buy-outs and other corporate matters.

John’s first career was in the hotel industry with Hyatt Hotels and was nominated for the prestigious Donald Pritzker General Manager of the Year award in 1988. In spite of his success, John’s first love was law, so at 36 years of age, John left Hyatt and embarked on the study of law.
